To be eligible for any Bank of Baroda Credit Card, you need to meet the basic eligibility criteria set by the bank as mentioned below:

• Age: Between 18 years and 65 years, depending on the card variant
• Occupation: Salaried or self-employed
• Documents Required: Passport size photograph along with the applicable identity, address and salary proofs

What are the ways for Bank of Baroda Credit Card payment?

You can make Bank of Baroda Credit Card payment through these ways; (i) Via cash by directly visiting the nearest branch and paying via cash (ii) Via Cheque by submitting the cheque at the nearest branch or by mailing it to the bank’s address. Can I apply for an add-on card with my Bank of Baroda Credit Card?

Yes, you can apply for an add-on card with your primary card. However, the fees, charges and credit limit offered on add-on card depends on the variant of your card. Some of the add-on cards are also offered without any joining and annual fees.

How can I check the application status of my Bank of Baroda Credit Card?

You can track the Bank of Baroda credit card application status by visiting the official website of the bank. All you need to do is select the ‘Track your application’ option under the ‘Cards’ tab and enter your application number. It is mandatory to enter your application number if you want to track your application status. You can also contact customer care of the bank and ask the representative about your application status.

What should I do if my Bank of Baroda Credit Card is lost or damaged?

If your credit card is lost or stolen, you should immediately inform the nearest BoB branch office. As per this information, the bank will immediately stop payments on your current card and a new card will be delivered to you within 7 days. Also, you can call the Bank of Baroda customer care number. The bank however requires you to submit a copy of the FIR acknowledged by the police. In case your credit card is damaged or not working on the PoS terminal, you can return the card to the bank. The damaged card will then be replaced with a new credit card and will be sent to your registered address.

Can I get a Bank of Baroda Credit Card even if I am not a taxpayer?

Yes, both individuals and corporate who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply for the Bank of Baroda Credit Card. However, it is mandatory to submit a copy of your PAN card. Further, copies of salary slips are considered to be the proof of income for salaried and Form 16/ITR return for professional and self-employed.

Apart from this, you can get assistance via the SMS service on 9223172141 from your registered mobile number. For this, send an SMS ‘Query Keyword’ XXXX, where XXXX is the last four digits of your credit card number. For balance enquiry BAL XXXX, for block lost or stolen card BLOCK XXXX, for reward point summary REWARD XXXX, for last statement summary STAT XXXX, and for last payment details PAYMENT XXXX. Further, you can also set the domestic e-commerce limit on your credit card with an SMS facility by sending DOM XXXX.

Can I withdraw cash using my BOB credit card?

Yes, you can withdraw cash using your Bank of Baroda Credit Card. This, however, is not advisable, as cash withdrawal with credit cards is subject to fees and charges. The current applicable charge for BoB credit card cash withdrawal is 2.5% of the withdrawn amount or Rs. 500, whichever is higher. Along with this, the cash withdrawn is also eligible for finance charges of up to 3.49% per month. Note that the finance charges may vary across all BoB credit cards.
