How to Earn Andhra Bank Credit Card Reward Points
Customers can easily earn reward points for each and every purchase made using their Andhra Bank credit card. When a customer starts using the Andhra bank credit card he/she will automatically be enrolled under their rewards program which allows them to earn reward points. Only the transactions made in POS Terminals, Internet, IVR and MOTO are eligible to earn rewards. Andhra Bank does not offer accelerated rewards on specific expenditure; all purchases will earn the reward points at basic rate.

How to Redeem Andhra Bank Credit Card Reward Points
The rewards program of Andhra Bank is quite different from other banks. They do not offer vouchers or merchandise against the rewards. Instead, the bank provides cash back against the accumulated reward points. The rate of cash back conversion is-
1 Reward Point = ₹ 0.10*

Minimum accumulation required for redemption is 2,500 reward points. The bank shall automatically initiate the redemption as soon as you reach this threshold. No prior authorization is required from the user. However, the processing will be at the convenience of the bank but not later than 4 months of such accumulation. Remember that an Andhra Bank credit card user will be eligible for reward point redemption when he/she is making full payment or minimum payment toward the credit card. If the credit card account becomes NPA, accumulated reward points shall be cancelled.
Terms and Conditions related to Andhra Bank Credit Card Rewards
There are few important terms and conditions that you must be aware of:
- Reward Points can be earned only on transactions made at POS Terminals, online payments, IVR or MOTO.
- Cash advances (withdrawals) and fuel transactions are not eligible for the reward points.
- No reward points can be earned on VISA Corporate/Business Credit Cards.
- In case the cardholder has multiple credit cards from Andhra Bank, the reward points cannot be transferred to a different card.
- The bank may choose to replace the cash back with vouchers or merchandise.
- Andhra Bank reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior intimation to the customer.

In case you have any confusion regarding the accrual or redemption of reward points, he/she can contact their helpdesk by calling on 040 – 24683202 & 24683219 during office hours. If you find that wrong rewards have been given, you should call on the above numbers within 30 days of the receipt of the bill. In case of any disputes, cardholders are required to present the relevant original payment receipts and credit card sale slips for further investigation by the Bank and in all such cases, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

This is because fuel transactions and cash withdrawals are not eligible for rewards program.
Can I get gift vouchers against my reward points?
Currently, Andhra Bank gives the option of converting your points into direct cash credit. Bank may choose to give you a voucher instead but it will be at the bank’s discretion.
