The expenses made via add-on cards are billed to the primary cardholder. Any misuse of the add-on card will affect the primary card’s credit score. Any defaults on the account or delay in payments or no payments will definitely lower the primary cardholder’s credit score.

Generally, this feature is limited to the primary card only. But it may vary depending on the card you are using.
