To avail Axis Bank co-branded credit cards there are certain criteria for eligibility that the applicant must fulfill. A few of them are:

• The applicant must be in the age group of 18-70 years.
• If an add-on card is to be applied, then the age of the cardholder must be above 18 years.
• The cardholder has to have an annual income of Rs. 6 lakh and above.
• The cardholder must be a resident of India.

Applying for the Vistara Credit Card is easy and can be done in a number of ways:

• The applicants can visit Axis Bank website and fill the application form online
• They can drop in a mail at creditcards@axisbank.com and request for a credit card
• They can visit the bank personally and apply for a credit card
• They can send an SMS to the Bank. Type “VISTARA” and send it to 5676782
• They can simply give a missed call at 70436 70436, and an executive will get in touch with them to go ahead with the formalities

If the applicant fulfills the eligibility parameters, the following paperwork must also be done at the time of application. The below mentioned documents may be required:

• A Salary Slip or Copy of the ITR filed
• Form 60 or copy of PAN card
• A residence proof that can be in the form of Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Ration Card, Electricity or Telephone Bills.

What is the meaning of Zero-Liability on a lost card?

Zero-Liability means that in case you have lost or misplaced your credit card, you must notify the Customer Care Call Centre immediately. Once the loss is notified, then any fraudulent transaction that is made on the card is not your responsibility.

Is the Goods and Service Tax (GST) applicable on Axis Bank Co-branded Credit Card?

Yes, GST is applicable at the rate of 18%.

Can my family or friends also access the Airport Lounges when travelling with me?

No, the airport lounge access is meant only for the primary cardholder.
