Bank of Baroda Grievance Redressal
The bank has divided its grievance redressal mechanism into four levels-
- Level 1- Contact the concerned Branch Manager for immediate redressal of grievances. Alternatively, you can also fill up the online complaint form available on the Bank of Baroda website.
- Level 2- Escalate it to Regional Level quoting the unique Tracker ID.
- Level 3- Escalate this matter further to the Zonal Level quoting the unique Tracker ID.
