To Report Suspicious/Fraud Transaction
The existing customers of Bank of Baroda Personal Loan can follow up on any of the below-mentioned channels to report suspicious/fraudulent transactions:
IVR Service

Customers are requested to select option 1, to report loss of card, or to report a fraud/unauthorized transaction in case it is not done by them.
Online Portal
Customers can visit the “Online Account Blocking Portal” in the customer support section of the website to self-block or debit-freeze their account in case of an unauthorized transaction.
Mobile Banking App
Customers can also block their debit card by downloading the “bob World” app
Path: Login with a password on the bobWorld app. Click on “More” and then to Debit card block/hotlist (Under Quick Actions).
Baroda Connect (Internet Banking)
Another way to block debit cards is through Baroda Connect
Path: Login with a sign-on password on Baroda Connect. Click on Services and then on My Accounts. The Debit Card Blocking option will be available on the screen.

Grievance Redressal
Personal loan customers can approach the concerned Branch Manager of Bank of Baroda in case of any complaints or grievances in the first place. But, if any customer is dissatisfied with the reply received, he/she can follow the established escalation levels mentioned below:
Online Complaint SPGRS (Siebel CRM)
The complaints can be registered online, by clicking on the icon “Online Complaint (SPGRS)” which is available under the “customer corner” section on the home page of the bank’s website. Once the complaint is submitted online, the SPGRS provides a “Tracker Id ” to the customers as an acknowledgment and also helps customers to track the progress of the complaint. The complainant is required to preserve the “Tracker Id” reference.
Further, customers can also download a grievance redressal form/feedback form which is available under the “customer support” section of the bank’s website.
Level – 1 (Regional Level)
The concerned customer can communicate with the Regional Manager if he/she is dissatisfied with the response received.
Level – 2 (Zonal Level)
If the complaint is not redressed, the concerned customer can communicate with the Zonal Manager.
Level – 3 (Nodal Office Level)
The concerned customer can escalate the concern to the bank’s Principal Nodal Officer, along with their Unique Tracker ID.
