Grievance Redressal
Level 1: Branch Level/Online Complaint (OCRM)
The existing customers of Bank of India Personal loan customers can first contact the Branch Manager for immediate redressal in case of any complaints.
OCRM: Alternatively, customers can fill in the “Grievance Form” online on the bank’s website. The system will provide a “Tracker ID” to the respective customers which will help to track the progress of the complaint. Tracker ID is required to be preserved by customers for future references.
Level 2: Zonal Level
The customer can approach the respective Zonal Manager in case the compliant is not resolved to his/her satisfaction, by providing a tracking number or reference number.

Level 4: Chief Grievance Redressal Officer
If the concerned customer still feels dissatisfied with the responses received, he/she can escalate the complaint to the Bank’s Nodal Officer at Head Office designated to deal with complaints or grievances of the customers.
