BOM Grievance Redressal
If customers of Bank of Maharashtra face any issues in getting their queries resolved and do not find any satisfactory solution. They may follow the below mentioned procedure.
- The complaint at first should be brought to the concerned Bank Manager for immediate solution
- If the customer is still not satisfied with the solution provided by the Manager of the Bank, the complaint then must be raised to the Zonal heads
- If the customer still feels unsatisfied with the solution provided by the Zonal head, the customer can raise the complaint to the Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer at Head Office designated to deal with customer’s complaints/grievances
