Axis Bank Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown
Post COVID-19 lockdown, Axis Bank has restored its normal working hours across branches in India. This step has been taken after consultation with the respective state governments. Extra precautions in terms of contact-less service, social distancing and cleanliness are taken by the bank while attending customers.
In March, the bank had to restrict its operations to essential banking services only. Nonetheless, all banking services such as passbook update, account opening, cheque clearance, cash deposit/withdrawal, remittances, credit card bill payments, and more are now available at the bank.
All the Axis Bank account holders are requested to follow the rules of social distancing and avoid visiting the bank unless it is absolutely necessary. Instead, you can use Axis Bank Net-banking or Axis Bank Mobile Banking to enjoy the services.
Doorstep banking services such as pension and other cash deliveries, cheque pick-up, cash pick-up, cheque requisition slip pick-up, life certificate pick-up, delivery of term deposit advice and KYC documents pick-up are still available for differently-abled and senior citizens.
