As per the Reserve Bank of India or RBI, Indian bank holidays are granted on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Owing to this, banks remain open on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays of every month as regular working days.
RTGS Holidays in Assam 2020
In RTGS, the transactions are processed continuously on a one-to-one basis throughout the RTGS business hours and are most used for high-value transactions. The RTGS settlement takes place on all working days. It does not work on following days:
