HSBC Bank Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown
Amidst the unprecedented outbreak of Coronavirus in India and the resulting lockdown, HSBC Bank had announced that all its branches in India will open but with revised timings. However, in August, the bank restored its normal working hours i.e. 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Extra precautions are taken by the bank while attending customers.
Besides this, all banking services including account opening, passbook printing, cash deposit and withdrawal, cheque clearing, remittances and government transactions, and note exchange services are now available at the bank as usual.
It is made sure that no customer is allowed to enter the bank without sanitising and without wearing a face mask. Other measures such as proper queues and temperature checks are organized by the bank.
Advisory: Customers must avoid visiting the branch to use even the essential services unless it is absolutely necessary.
NEFT Timings
NEFT Transactions in HSBC Bank are processed between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
As directed by the RBI, banks will not impose any charges on online transfer of funds via NEFT system. Hence, account holders can perform NEFT transactions via HSBC Net-banking conveniently.
RTGS Timings
RTGS Transactions in HSBC Bank are processed between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
