Indian Bank Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown
After nationwide lockdown, Indian Bank had restricted the staff count and discontinued some services temporarily. Nonetheless, in August, the bank restored its operating hours i.e. from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except 2nd and 4th Saturday, Sundays, and bank holidays).
Indian Bank has announced that the bank branches will now provide access to all banking services and products including passbook printing, cash deposit/withdrawal, account opening, etc.
Customers are requested not to visit the branch unless absolutely necessary. Instead, customers should use Indian Bank Mobile Banking to avail banking services
NEFT Timings
NEFT transactions from branch offices are processed between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day except Saturdays and Sundays. Also, service charges applied to the transfer of funds via NEFT initiated online have been removed.
RTGS Timings
RTGS transactions are processed in Indian Bank branch offices between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM every day except 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sundays. Service charges applied to fund transfer via RTGS initiated online have been temporarily suspended. Customers can use Indian Bank Net-banking to process RTGS transactions for free.
