Kotak Mahindra Bank Post COVID-19 Lockdown
Amidst lockdown due to coronavirus, Kotak Mahindra Bank had made certain changes in the operating time, reduced staff and suspension of non-essential services. However, in August, the bank restored its normal working hours along with all the banking services for the customers. The decision has been taken after consultation with the respective state governments.
The bank is taking extra precautions in terms of contact-less service, sanitisation, cleanliness, social distancing, etc. No customer will be allowed to enter the bank without a face mask and gloves. Besides that,
- Customers are requested to cooperate with the security staff regarding temperature checks
- Customers should sanitise their hands properly before and after entering the bank
- Proper queues should be maintained to avail any kind of service
Advisory: Account Holders are advised not to visit the branch offices unless and until there is some exceptional situation. They must adhere to the rules of social distancing and use digital banking for banking services.
NEFT Timings
NEFT Transaction requests will be processed 24X7 for Netbanking and Mobile banking. However, the branch timings remain unchanged.
RTGS Timings
RTGS is available 24X7. However, for requests received on any RTGS business day before 5:45 pm on Monday to Saturday (except on 2nd and 4th Saturday) the account will be debited online and the request will be sent by the bank to RBI on the same day.

Kotak Bank Lunch Timings
Kotak Bank employees do not have a set lunchtime period during which they close down for business. At all times an employee would be there to take care of the customer and their needs.
