KVB Bank Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown
Post COVID-19 lockdown, Karur Vysya Bank has restored its normal working hours across branches in India. All the branches of KVB will operate between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (except 2nd and 4th Saturday, Sundays, and bank holidays). This step has been taken after consultation with the respective state governments. Extra precautions in terms of contact-less service, social distancing and cleanliness are taken by the bank while attending customers.
In the initial months of lockdown, the bank had to restrict its operations to essential banking services only. But, all banking services such as passbook update, account opening, cheque clearance, cash deposit/withdrawal, remittances, credit card bill payments, and more are now available at the bank.
All the Karur Vysya Bank account holders are requested to follow the rules of social distancing and avoid visiting the bank unless it is absolutely necessary. Instead, you can use Karur Vysya Bank Net-banking or Karur Vysya Bank Mobile Banking to enjoy the services.
NEFT Timings
According to RBI, there are 48 half-hourly settlement batches every day. The settlement of the first batch will commence after 00:30 hours and the last batch will end at 00:00 hours.
Also, service charges applied to the transfer of funds via NEFT initiated online have been removed till lockdown. This is to encourage account holders to access maximum banking services online and not visit the branch offices.
RTGS Timings
The round-the-clock RTGS facility has been made available with effect from December 2020.
