Step 1: Visit the nearest SBI ATM to initiate the SBI ATM PIN generate process

Step 2: Select the PIN generation option on the screen

Step 3: Enter the 11-digit SBI account number against which the ATM card has been provided

Step 1: Download and install YONO SBI appliation in your mobile phone

Step 2: Login using MPIN or User ID

Step 3: You will be directed to YONO SBI’s dashboard. Click on the hamburger on the lesft of your dashboard.

Step 4: Select ‘Service Request’ from the provided options

Step 5: Select ‘ATM/Debit Card’ option on the next dashboard

Step 6: Enter your internet banking mobile password to proceed further and click on ‘Submit’

Note: You need to have balance of Rs. 3 in your phone to send the message.

8. As soon as you send the message, you will receive a message from SBI as shown in the following screen.

The OTP mentioned in the message is the Green PIN for your ATM card and is not the actual PIN. It is valid for 24 hours and you need to change this PIN within 24 hours from your nearby ATM before it expires.

• Visit your nearest SBI ATM and insert your card
• Once you select the language in which you want the further instructions to be given, you can select PIN Generation
