SBI Account holders can generate SBI ATM PIN by following the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit the nearest SBI ATM to initiate the SBI ATM PIN generate process
Step 2: Select the PIN generation option on the screen
Step 3: Enter the 11-digit SBI account number against which the ATM card has been provided
Step 4: Enter the registered mobile number and press ‘Confirm’
Step 5: On the next screen, it will display a message appreciating the account holder to be a part of the SBI Green initiative. SBI ATM will then display a confirmation message upon successful SBI PIN generation
Step 6: The account holder will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number, which will be valid for 2 days
Step 7: Within the specified 2 days, visit any SBI ATM and select the ‘Banking>PIN Change’ option.

Accountholders who have registered their mobile number with the SBI savings account can avail the facility to generate SBI ATM PIN through SMS as well. Here’s how they can do it in a few simple steps:
Step 1: From the registered mobile number, an accountholder needs to send an SMS to 567676 using the format PIN <XXXX> <YYYY>
Step 2: Here XXXX denotes the last four digits of the SBI ATM card while YYYY denotes the last four digits of SBI Account Number
Step 3: Once the SMS is sent, the account holder will receive an OTP (One Time Password) which can be used within 2 days for SBI PIN generate process at the nearest SBI ATM

Step 3: Select ATM and Prepaid Card option by pressing ‘2’
Step 4: For SBI ATM PIN Generate Process, press ‘1’

Step 6: Enter 11 digit SBI Account Number and confirm the account number by pressing ‘1’

SBI account holders can also generate their ATM PIN through YONO SBI mobile application. Refer to the below-mentioned steps to generate your ATM PIN through YONO mobile app:
Step 1: Download and install YONO SBI appliation in your mobile phone
Step 2: Login using MPIN or User ID
Step 3: You will be directed to YONO SBI’s dashboard. Click on the hamburger on the lesft of your dashboard.
Step 4: Select ‘Service Request’ from the provided options
Step 5: Select ‘ATM/Debit Card’ option on the next dashboard
Step 6: Enter your internet banking mobile password to proceed further and click on ‘Submit’
Step 7: An interface will appear in front of you. Select ‘Activate Card’ option
Step 8: Select your account; enter your new ATM card number and click on ‘Next’
Step 9: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and tap on ‘Submit’
Step 10: Your card will be activated and a confirmation will be sent to you through email and SMS.
Step 11: Once your card is activated, go to YONO SBI’s dashboard and tap on the hamburger symbol on the left side of the screen.
