I have to do RTGS from SBI branch. Can I go on a Saturday as Monday to Friday is my working?
You can do NEFT and RTGS transactions by visiting the branch on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays of the month. If you want, you can do RTGS transactions online through SBI netbanking or the SBI YONO app.
Can I visit SBI during lunch hour? Will I be able to deposit cash in my account?
SBI employees follow staggered lunch timings so few counters remain open even during the so-called lunch period. Hence, you may not face any issue in depositing cash even during 1 pm to 3 pm.
