Honda Cars India has hiked the prices of its various car models by up to Rs. 10, 000, keeping in mind the rise in input costs.
Its entry-level car, Brio, costs Rs. 2000 more therefore ranging between Rs. 4.27 lakh – 6.85 lakh (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi). Amaze, its compact sedan, is now costlier by 3,500 with its lowest variant priced at 5.26 lakh while its highest model costs 8.56 lakh.
Its premium hatchback, Jazz, has been increased by Rs. 4, 800 with the revised priced ranging between Rs. 5.45 lakh and Rs. 8.73 lakh. Its newest MUV, Mobilio and mid-sized sedan, City, costs Rs. 3, 000 more and now ranges between Rs. 6.82 lakh to Rs. 11.95 lakh. Its premium SUV, CR-V costs Rs. 10,000 more and is now priced at Rs. 25.23 lakh.
Other car makers that have revised the prices of their cars include Tata Motors (up to Rs. 20, 000), Toyota Kirloskar Motor (up to Rs. 31, 500) and Skoda (up to Rs. 33, 000).
