Lamborghini has recently launched a new limited-production of its supercar, the Huracán LP610-4. Labeled as the Huracán Avio, the new model is priced at a staggering Rs 3.71 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). The Italian sports car manufacturer has decided to manufacture just 250 units of this special-edition supercar worldwide.
There are slight changes to the new Huracán Avio, but they are primarily cosmetic in nature. On the outside, the gray or white double strips that start from the hood and finish at the bumpers. This distinguishes it from the other siblings. The outside rear-view mirrors, side skirts, the lower end of the bumpers and side skirts are also colored in the same color as the strips. The doors get L63 decals on both sides. Lamborghini said it will offer it in 5 unique colors as it is a special-edition model.
From the inside, the Avio features Alcantara upholstery with black leather along with the exclusive – L63 logos on the bucket seats. The car is feature packed with – GPS, cruise control, and a suspension raising system to raise the ride height aiding to Indian road conditions. The ‘L63’ decals and badges mark the company’s founding year. The ‘L’ stands for Lamborghini and ‘63’ stands for the founding year of the automaker which is 1963.
The Huracán Avio shares the same engine with its other siblings. The 5.2-litre V10 4-wheel derived petrol engine which produces 610hp. It is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch auto gearbox.
