How to File a CIBIL Complaint Online

You can now proceed to initiate a dispute online with CIBIL for inaccuracies, duplicate information, or account ownership that displays in your existing CIBIL report.

To file a CIBIL complaint online and to correct the incorrect or mismatched information in your CIBIL report, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps under this program.

Step 1: Log in to ‘myCIBIL’ by entering your username and password

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Credit Reports Section’, and search to the required subsection to further click on ‘Raise a Dispute’

Step 3: Fill in the dispute form

Step 4: Select the relevant section that you want to dispute

Note: You can raise a dispute regarding multiple fields in your credit report in a single dispute by navigating each section in your CIBIL report. You can also raise a dispute for any inaccuracies in your Company Credit Report (CCR).
