It’s also a lifetime free card, making it perfect for Amazon loyalists who have taken the Rs 1499/year Prime membership. Since Amazon caters to multiple categories – from groceries and lifestyle to electronics and home furnishing – the card can help Prime members make substantial savings.

However, if you do not have any particular preference for Amazon and/or looking for more all-round benefits, cashback cards such as YES Bank Paisabazaar PaisaSave, Cashback SBI Card and Axis Ace can be good options, offering higher value back across different categories. This is in addition to Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card which is a close competitor with similar benefits on Flipkart.

Dear team, If I withdraw cash of Rs. 10000/- using an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card, what will be the applicable charges & interest rate for this?
On a cash withdrawal of Rs. 10,000 using your Amazon Pay ICICI credit card, you will be charged with Rs. 500 as cash advance fee which is equal to 2.5% of the withdrawn amount or Rs. 500, whichever is higher. Moreover, an interest rate of 3.5% per month (or 42% per annum) is charged on the cash amount withdrawn from the date of withdrawal until you repay your credit card dues.
Dear Paisa Bazaar,
I am using an Amazon ICICI credit card and spent ₹13,000 on October 25th. I can see the statement of account utilization, but I cannot see the due date and minimum due amount.
Are there any charges for using this card other than the outstanding balance and penalties? I am new to using credit cards, so please help me understand.
Your credit card statement will have all the details- utilized credit limit, due date, total due, minimum due and the summary of all transactions made. Until the statement is generated, the transactions you make will show up in the ‘unbilled transactions’ section of your credit card.
No. There are no additional charges applicable on card usage. Interest is applicable only when you do not pay the total amount due by the due date. And, when you don’t clear your dues in full, new purchases also attract interest charges from the first day.
When were interest rates started?
I saw that interest free credit for maximum 18th months.
What is that can you explain?
You would get up to 50 days of interest-free period on credit cards, depending on the date on which you make a transaction. Suppose your statement is generated on 10th Nov and the bill is due on 30th Nov, in this case a transaction that you make on 10th Nov (after the bill is generated for the previous cycle) will get a full 50-day interest-free period as it will be included in the next billing cycle (10th Nov – 10th Dec) and will have to paid on 30th Dec. Note that interest is applicable only when you do not pay the total amount due on your credit card by the due date.
My credit card bill due date is 30.10.2023 but I could able to deposite by tomorrow, is late fees charged for it
Credit cards usually come with a grace period of up to 3 days. If you clear the due within the grace period, the bank may not charge any penalty. However, it is advised to connect with your provider to get more clarity on this.
