Step 3- Click on the ‘Credit Cards’ section from the menu and select your card.

All the details of your card including your balance will be displayed on the screen.

Step 1- Open your HSBC Mobile Banking application.

Step 2- Login using your Username and Password.

Step 3- Click on the ‘Balances’ option from the menu.

Step 4- Click on the credit card for which you want to check the balance.

Your balance along with other credit card related information will be displayed on the screen.

Step 1- Contact the 24×7 available HSBC Credit Card Customer Care on- 1800 267 3456 or 1800 121 2208 (Within India) / +91-40-61268002 or +91-80-71898002 (From Overseas).

Step 2- The representative will ask for a few card related details.

Step 3- After successful verification, the representative will share your current HSBC Credit Card Balance.

The representatives are available for inquiries from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. It is to be noted that the call should be placed from the mobile number registered with the bank.
