Limitations of SBI Landmark Credit Cards
- The benefits are only for Landmark stores/websites, which could be regarded as one of the biggest disadvantages of having these cards
- The value of 1 reward point stands very low at Rs. 0.25, even for the premium variants where the annual fee goes up to Rs. 2,999
- The threshold to earn milestone benefits is quite a high
- Lounge and priority pass access is missing in the basic and SELECT variants

Should you consider getting SBI Landmark Credit Cards?
These SBI Credit Cards co-branded with Landmark Stores like Home Centre, Max, Lifestyle and Spar can be a good choice for those who are loyal to these stores, as only such users would be able to get the full value back on these cards. This is because the rewards rate of general expenditure (apart from the co-branded stores) is very basic. So, if you shop for groceries only from Spar Hypermarket, apparel and fashion accessories from Lifestyle or Max and home and living needs from Home Center, only then you should choose one of these cards.
However, if you are looking for a card that rewards you for different kinds of shopping experiences without confining to a single brand, you should look for cards that give you better overall value, such as Axis Bank Ace Credit Card, SBI Card PRIME, HDFC Millennia or HSBC Cashback Credit Card.

Bottomline
SBI’s co-branded credit cards with the Landmark Group are only for landmark loyalists. If you do not shop a lot from Lifestyle, Home Centre, Max or Spar stores or websites, then these cards have nothing much to offer. If you are looking for credit cards that offer better benefits on online and offline shopping, you can consider other all-rounder credit cards.
