What are the eligible charges on which reward points can be earned?

The eligible charges on which reward points can be earned are:

• Room rates
• Food as well as beverages (in restaurants, in-room service as well as mini-bar)
• Additional spends in spa, bakery, laundry, and so on
• Paid services at the business centre
• All purchases at any store of the Taj Khazana

Reward points are not earned on banquet charges, weddings, meetings and so on.

How can I redeem the points earned on my Taj Inner Circle Card?

Taj Inner Circle Points or Epicure points can be redeemed on indulgent experiences or on incidentals like laundry or telephone charges, vouchers and so on. The conversion rate of reward points is given below.

Can I club multiple offers to avail additional benefits?

You will have to choose between the multiple offers because these plans are not applicable in conjunction with any other plan or offer.

What is the eligibility to own a Taj Inner Circle Card?

All individuals who are above the age of 18 and are not employees of the Taj, Vivanta or The Gateway brands of IHCL and its affiliates or subsidiaries are eligible. However, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has the authority and all rules are under its discretion.
