Step 1: Visit the official website of the bank.
Step 2: From the navigation menu (available on the top left corner), select ‘Personal Banking> Yes Individual> Cards’.
Step 3: Under the ‘Credit Card’ option, find ‘To track your Application Status’ and click on it.
Step 4: Now enter the asked details, including mobile number and application form number/ application reference number and then click on ‘Submit’

You can track your YES Bank Credit Card application status offline by calling on the customer care number or by visiting the nearest branch of the bank. Here are the details:
Customer Care: To track your application status, you need to call on YES Bank Credit Card customer care number and inform the executive about your query. Approved: This means that your application has been approved by the bank and your card will be dispatched soon.
Dispatched: This means that your credit card has been dispatched and it will deliver to the address given by you. You will also receive a message from the bank once your card is dispatched.
Rejected: The bank rejects your card if the eligibility criteria set by the bank is not fulfilled. You can call on customer care and find out the reason for rejection. However, you might receive a message from the bank regarding the rejection of your application.
