The bank provides the facility to generate your PIN within a few minutes through ATM. Follow the below-mentioned steps to do the same:
Step 1: Visit your nearest Kotak Bank ATM.
Step 2: Insert your debit card and select ‘PIN Generation’ option.
Step 3: Enter your account number and click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.
Step 4: The bank will send an OTP or Green PIN to your registered mobile number.
Step 5: You will be required to visit the ATM again within 2 days to activate your debit card.

If you don’t want to visit any ATM, then you can also generate your debit card PIN by calling on the Kotak Debit Card customer care number. You need to call on customer care through your registered mobile number and select the ‘ATM and Prepaid Card Services’ option. After this, select the option to generate Green PIN. To do so, you will be required to enter your debit card number for verification. On a successful verification, you will receive an OTP to activate your debit card which will be valid for two days. You need to visit any of the nearest ATMs to generate your Kotak Bank Debit Card PIN by using the received OTP.
The bank also provides the facility of Kotak Debit Card PIN generation through online mode via net banking, mobile banking or its official website.
To generate Kotak Bank Debit Card PIN online through the official website of the bank, follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit Kotak Bank’s website and select ‘Insta PIN Generation’.

Step 4: Click on ‘Insta Re-generation of PIN’ to generate your Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card PIN.

Step 3: Tap on the ‘Service Request’ option and further select the ‘Debit Card’ option.
