Level 1
Existing home loan customers who wish to register a complaint or provide a feedback related to the bank’s services can use any of the below mentioned methods:
- Contact the Federal Bank Home Loan customer care numbers mentioned above
- Send an email either to contact@federalbank.co.in or dlcare@federalbank.co.in with details of their complaint. Home loan customers based abroad can write to nrisupport@federalbank.co.in to register their complaint.
- Go to the bank branch or submit their complaint online.
- Send their complaint to the bank using the customer grievance form.

Level 2 – Zonal Nodal Officer
If the home loan customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the bank, he/she can get in touch with the Zonal Nodal Officers.
Level 3 – Principal Nodal Officer
If there is a delay in providing a resolution to the complaint or if the complainant is not satisfied with the lender’s response, they can escalate the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer by sending a mail to support@federalbank.co.in

Level 4 – Banking Ombudsman
If the home loan customer is not satisfied with lender’s resolution to his/her complaint, he/she can then approach the Banking Ombudsman. The home loan customer can approach the Reserve Bank Integrated Ombudsman through the following link: https://cms.rbi.org.in/.
