Level 1
Personal loan customers who wish to register a complaint against the lender’s services can do so using any of the below mentioned methods:

Level 2 – Zonal Nodal Officer
If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the lender, he/she can contact the Zonal Nodal Officers.
Level 3 – Principal Nodal Officer
If there is a delay in resolving the complaint or if it has not been handled properly, the customer can escalate the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer by sending a mail to support@federalbank.co.in

Level 4 – Banking Ombudsman
