Cumulative Fixed Deposits

Cash Certificate

• Tenure – 1 year to 5 years
• Interest is paid on maturity (compounded quarterly)
• Premature withdrawal of fixed deposits is allowed but subject to a penalty. The penal rate is 1% deducted from the applicable interest rate for the period the deposit has been at the bank
• Mode of operation – Self/E or S/other modes
• Depositors can avail loan against deposit

Mahila Growth

• This is a special scheme exclusively for women depositors, including minor

• Tenure – 18 months
• Interest payment is on maturity (compounded quarterly)
• Preclosure of deposits is allowed but subject to penalty. The penal rate is 1% and is deducted from the applicable rate of interest for the period
• Mode of operation – Self / E or S / other modes
• The scheme also offers loan against deposit facility
• The scheme’s special feature is that females of any age, from one day to more than 100 years old, are eligible for the same special FD rate.

Non-Cumulative Fixed Deposits

Fixed Deposit

• Interest pay-out options include monthly interest payment at a discounted rate and simple interest payment at quarterly, half-yearly and annual rest
• Monthly interest is payable through SB/Cheque/NEFT
• Premature withdrawal of deposits is allowed but subject to penalty. The penal rate is 1% and is deducted from the applicable interest rate for the period
• Mode of operation – Self/E or S/other modes
• Loan on deposit facility is available

OORUNI / MPS

• This is a special scheme for retired and senior citizens wherein a monthly interest pay-out option is offered without discount.

• Eligibility – Senior Citizen of 60 years (55 years for VRS), Defence service 50 years
• Tenure – 2 years
• Deposit amount – Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakhs
• Monthly interest amount will be credited to savings account of the depositor or Cheque or NEFT.
• Monthly interest up to Rs.1,000 is offered at residence or doorsteps to individuals above 70 years old resides within 10km of radius of Repco Bank branch.
• Deposits can be prematurely withdrawn but are subject to a penalty. The penal rate is 1% and is deducted from the applicable interest rate for the period
• Loan on deposit facility is available.

Mahila Income

• This is a special scheme for women depositors
• Women FD depositors get the same special rate irrespective of age from 1 to 100 years
• Tenure – 18 months
• Option – Income (Non-cumulative)
• Interest is payable at monthly rest at a discounted rate and quarterly rest at simple interest rate
• FD can be prematurely withdrawn but the interest rate is payable at 1% less than the applicable interest rate for the period
• Mode of operation – Self/E or S/other modes
• First depositor shall be female
• Depositor can avail loan against fixed deposit

REPCO 180

• Repco 180 is a special scheme of short-term fixed deposit
• Tenure – 180 days
• Interest payable is on Maturity at simple interest
• Loan on deposit facility is available
• Premature withdrawal penalties apply as applicable to fixed deposits.
