The eligibility for this corporate credit card will be communicated to the applicants at the time of application. Existing customers of HDFC Bank can speak with their customer relationship manager about the same.

Documents Required

For a business credit card, HDFC Bank requires the applicant to submit proof of identity, address and income. Since the applicant in this case is the company itself, the following documents may be required:

• Company Registration Proof
• Company’s License
• Profit and Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• ITR

The bank may ask for some other documents as per the company’s profile.

How do I stop statements from being sent to my mailing address?

You must download the physical statement suppression MID (Most Important Document) from HDFC Bank website or collect from a nearby branch and courier the duly filled and signed form to the banks correspondence address.

How to redeem the reward points?

Customer can redeem the reward points as cash back on request and share the request form to P.O Box Credit Card Division. Minimum reward points required to redeem: 2500.

When can a client submit a progressive dispute application?

Once the CDF form is submitted, the bank will notify the merchant associated with the disputed transaction. Post this step, all appropriate documents would be provided in order to verify the highlighted transaction. After this stage, if the client still has any doubts, then, he/she can freely make use of the progressive dispute form.
