Annual Spend Benefits– Customers can get several benefits on reaching certain pre-set spending milestones. 5,000 reward points will be offered for spending Rs. 3 Lakh and above annually and 7,500 bonus reward points will be given for annual spending of Rs. 6 Lakh and above.

Reward Points- For spending every Rs. 150, 4 Reward points are earned on the card. Accumulated rewards will be valid for 2 years. However, any delinquency on the card will nullify the reward points in that period.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver– 1% fuel surcharge waiver is offered on minimum transaction value of Rs. 400. Maximum waiver of Rs. 500 is allowed in every billing cycle.

Priority Pass Membership- Complimentary Priority Pass Membership is offered on the card enabling access to airport lounges across more than 1,000 airports worldwide. Priority Pass membership is obtained on request and eligible if at least 4 transactions are made within 60 days. The primary cardholder and the add-on member can jointly avail 3 complimentary access to Priority Pass lounges outside India in a calendar year.

Travel Concierge Services– The cardholders can customize their travel plans, make ticket reservations or hotel booking with the travel concierge service. This service is available 24X7 in English as well as in other regional languages.

Documents Required

The applicant will be required to submit the documents as proof of income, address and identity of him/her and the business. HDFC may accept the following documents:

Proof of Address	For Applicant- Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Ration Card, etc. For Business– Business Registration papers, Business License, Partnership agreement, etc.
Proof of Identity	For Applicant– PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter’s ID or any other government-approved photo ID proof. For Business- Business Registration papers, Business License, Partnership agreement, etc.
Proof of Income	Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, ITR of the business, etc.

On submitting the form, the applicant will get a call back on the number provided by him.The phone banking officer will guide him/her through the entire application process.

How to check credit card application status?

To check the status individuals should click here. Enter the 16-digit Application reference number or the Application Form Number or DOB in DDMMYYYY format, enter mobile number and submit. The status would be displayed.

How secure is Regalia First Card? 

EMV-chip is embedded in the card making it extremely difficult to duplicate and hence protecting the cardholders from fraudulent transactions.

How to report transaction disputes?

For all disputes, the cardholder should duly fill up Cardholder Dispute Form online mentioning all details of the transaction. This authorizes the bank to investigate with the transacted party.

What is the timeline for reporting transaction disputes? 

The dispute should be reported within 30 days of statement date.

Can Business Regalia First card be used abroad?

Yes, it is accepted globally at Visa/MasterCard enabled terminals. A 2% foreign-currency mark-up charge is levied on the transacted amount if the card is used for international transactions.
