Types of Cent Bank Home Loan Schemes
Cent Income Based Program
Purpose: Consumers can avail Cent Income Based Program for purchase and construction of new home, for making improvements and extension to existing properties, for purchase of residential plot and for plot purchase plus construction thereon.
Existing home loan borrowers of other banks and HFCs can avail Cent Income Based Home Loan Program to transfer their existing home loans to Cent Bank Home Finance at lower interest rates. Existing home loan borrowers of Cent Bank Home Finance can also this home loan facility to top-up over and above their existing home loans.

Cent Low LTV Program
Purpose: Borrowers who have invested more in property and require less funds can avail Cent Low LTV Program for home purchase, construction, extension or improvement. This loan facility can also be availed for plot purchase plus construction, plot purchase, balance transfer from other lenders and top-up to existing home loans.
Loan Amount: Min. Rs 2 lakh and Max. Rs 2 crore
Margin: 60% Flat
Tenure: Up to 30 years
Cent Post Pension Program
Purpose: Cent Bank Home Finance offers Post Pension Program to pensioners or Government/ PSU employees on the verge of retirement. Such individuals can avail this home loan facility for purchasing/constructing home properties, for improving/extending existing home properties, purchasing residential plots, transferring existing home loans from other lenders at lower interest rates and for additional loan amount over and above existing home loans.

Purpose: Professionals or Self-employed Non-professionals can avail Cent Income Estimation Program for purchase or construction of house/flat, carrying out extension/improvement of existing properties, plot purchase, balance transfer from other home loan lenders at lower interest rates and for plot purchase and home construction thereon. Professionals and self-employed non-professionals can also avail Cent Income Estimation Program to top-up their existing home loans.

The rate of interest shall be fixed for initial 7 years

Eligibility criteria for availing Cent Bank Home Finance
- Salaried Individuals/Professional/Self-employed Non-professionals/NRIs are eligible for Cent Bank Home Loan.
- Individuals employed with Government/PSUs or similar organizations who are entitled for monthly pension can avail Cent Home Loans under Cent Post Pension Program.
For Cent Affordable Housing Loan
- Individuals living in urban areas should have an annual household income of up to Rs 6 lakh.
- Weaker sections as defined by RBI, women and individuals living in rural areas having an annual income of up to Rs 3 lakh are eligible for Cent Affordable Housing Loans.
