Grievance Redressal
Level-1
The existing customers of Repco Home Finance Home Loan can raise their grievances with the concerned Branch Manager of RHFL. The Branch Manager is required to reply to the customer within 7 days from the date of the complaint’s receipt in the office, with a copy to the Regional Manager and Grievance Redressal Department at the corporate office.
Level-2
Customers can communicate with the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer (or equivalent cadre) of RHFL in case no reply is received within the specified time (within 7 days from the date of the complaint’s receipt) or the customer is dissatisfied with the reply or resolution provided by the Branch Manager. The related complaint must be resolved within 30 days of the complaint’s receipt at the corporate office.
