How to Register at CGRera as a Promoter
The steps to register at CG RERA as a Promoter are:
Step 1: Visit the official website of RERA Chhattisgarh at https://rera.cgstate.gov.in/.
Step 2: Under ‘Registration’ drop-down menu, hover your cursor on ‘Promoter/Project’ and select the ‘Online Application – Promoter (Saral)’ option.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you have to select the Promoter Type as ‘New Promoter’ and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 4: You will be redirected to another page where you will have to fill out details asked at each step of the registration process.
Step 5: On completion of all six steps of the registration process, click on ‘Save & Submit’ to finish the registration process.

The steps to register at CG RERA as a Real Estate Agent are:
Step 1: Visit the official website of RERA Chhattisgarh at https://rera.cgstate.gov.in/.
Step 2: Under ‘Registration’ drop-down menu, select the ‘Online Application’ option.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you have to select the Promoter Type as ‘New Promoter’ and click on ‘Continue’.
