The steps to register at RERA Delhi portal as a real estate agent are:
Step 1: Visit the official website of RERA for NCT of Delhi at https://rera.delhi.gov.in/
Step 2: Select ‘Register as Agent’ option from the ‘Online Registration’ drop-down menu.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page wherein you will have to fill the registration form.
Step 4: Once you fill the form with correct details, click on ‘Create new account’.
Step 5: You will receive an OTP on the email address and mobile number you provided in the form. Enter the OTP to complete the verification process and move on to the next step.
Step 6: You will now receive a mail to set your own password against your verified email address. Set your password and click on the ‘Log in’ button.
Step 7: Log in with your credentials and in the next step fill out details as required on the web portal.
Step 8: Upload all required documents.
Step 9: Select all checkboxes and click on ‘Send OTP’ for verification of your email address and mobile number.
