Step 2: Select the “Upload Real Estate Project Details” option from the “Login” tab.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter your User ID and Password and click on “Continue” to complete the login process.

Documents and Information Required
From a Promoter for the Registration of a Real Estate Project
- A copy of PAN card
- Audited balance sheet for the preceding financial year and ITR for three preceding financial years
- Total number of open parking areas as well as parking areas available in the concerned real estate project
- A copy of legal title deed
- Details of encumbrances on the land on which the development is proposed
- A declaration stating that the promoter shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time of allotment of a property
- All existing project details including the status of the project, total area and built up area
From a Real Estate Agent for the Registration of a Real Estate Project
- A copy of PAN card
- Enterprise details including its name, type and registered address
- Particulars of registration including the bye-laws and memorandum of association
- Photograph of the real estate agent (if individual) and partners, directors (in case of other entities)
- ITR of last 3 financial years
- Land-related legal documents
- A copy of address proof of the place of business

Step 2: Click on the ‘Online Registration for Real Estate Project/Real Estate Agent/ Complaint’ link under the “Online Registration” tab.
