You can also lodge your grievance by sending e-mails. You can e-mail your concern in detail to: complaints.india@hsbc.co.in . You must ensure that you write your 16-digit HSBC Credit Card number & contact numbers in the subject line.
If a complaint is not resolved by any of the above channel then you can approach to the Grievance Redressal Officer.
In case you think that the resolution offered to you is not satisfactory then you can escalate the issue to the Principal Nodal officer appointed by HSBC Cards through email/ letter. Principal Nodal officer will review the grievance and will resolve it with the co-ordination with departmental heads. Delhi/ NCR customers can email.
If you’re still not satisfied with the response within a month, then you get in touch with the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
