HSBC Home Loan Amount
Loan amount offered to Indian resident and NRIs is maximum upto Rs. 10 crore. It is required for an NRI applicant to have a local co-applicant/contact person when applying for a loan with the HSBC bank.
HSBC Home Loan Interest Rates
HSBC India offers home loans to its customers at floating interest rates. However occasionally, bank also offers home loans on fixed interests rates. Home loan interest rate offered by HSBC bank is 8.75% onwards.
HSBC Home Loan Processing Fees Charges
HSBC charges 1% on amount above 25% of the SCF (Smart Credit Facility including Home Loan and Loan against property) sanctioned amount. HSBC collects processing fees in two parts Rs. 5,000 plus GST is paid upfront and the remaining amount plus applicable taxes is paid before the loan is disbursed. Please note that the Processing Fees for HSBC Home Loans is non-refundable.
