ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Care Service Request
Apart from the customer care and toll-free number, ICICI Bank also allows you to raise specific service request. For example, you can raise a service request to cancel your credit card, dispatch for undelivered credit card, activate/deactivate physical statement, etc. You can click on this link to raise a service request directly regarding any concern mentioned above. Here you will be required to enter details such as credit card number, request type, mobile number, and email ID, or you might be required to login with your ICICI Bank NetBanking user ID and password.
On filling the details or loggin in, you will get a confirmation mail validating that the request has been raised. In case of major queries like cancelling your credit card, an official from ICICI Bank will get in touch with you.
In case of an unresolved query, you may register your grievance with ICICI Bank by dialing 1800 200 3344 between 9.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. However, ensure that you note the Service Request Number (Numeric Digit only) that is not more than 2 months old. |

ICICI Bank Credit Card Customer Grievance Redressal Cell
If in any case, you are are not satisfied with any of the service or resolution offered via the ICICI Bank customer care centers, you can always escalate it. There are three levels to which you can raise your complaint to:
Level 1: Submitting Your Complaint for the First-time
To escalate your issue, you need to email your concern to the grievance redressal cell. To email, click on this link. Here, select option from the drop down to fill the ‘Product/Service’,’Complaint Related To’ and ‘Type of Complaint’. Do ensure that you mention the same email address as is linked to your credit card.
Level 2: If you are not Satisfied with the First Response
