IDBI Bank presents several credit card bill payment options to assist its customers in the best way. You can access both online and offline options for settling your credit card dues without any hassles, suitably before the stated due date. Presently, the online payment methods available for customers at IDBI Bank are Card to Card Payments, Visa Money Transfer, IDBI Bank InstaPay, Auto Debit, IPay, Net Banking and NEFT. If you prefer making an offline payment for your credit card expenditures, then cheques, cash and drafts are seen as convenient options.
Online Credit Card Bill Payment at IDBI Bank
The internet has simplified banking in India to a great extent. For people who are always on the go, the online banking facility comes in handy. Hence, in order to manage IDBI credit card bill payment, customers can select any of the following online sources:
1- Bill Desk
Customers are allowed to make quick payments through bill desk. The customer is required to choose the card type and enter the credit card number. Further, the relevant payment particulars need to be entered for successfully completing the transaction. It is important to know that, it takes 2 working days by IDBI Bank to credit the amount into the customer’s card account.
2- Visa Money Transfer
You can pay bills for any of the Visa Credit Cards by IDBI Bank using other bank accounts via Visa Money Transfer facility.
3- IPay
The IPay facility permits the customer to pay credit card bills via any bank account across India. The amount is directly moved to the customer’s credit card account. Note that, this service is cost-free and the customers pay via bank accounts held in more than 50 banks in India.
4- Auto Debit
Every IDBI customer can access the auto debit feature associated to credit card payment. This method saves the users from the hassles of making last minute payment. If you are activating this service, there is a requirement to authorize your IDBI Bank savings/current account to make payment towards the total amount due or minimum amount due.
5- NEFT or National Electronic Funds Transfer
You can use the facility of NEFT transfers for paying credit card bills for IDBI Bank. Here you have to use IFSC code as “IBKL0NEFT01” and add Bank as “IDBI Bank Ltd.” and enter the credit card number as beneficiary account number. NEFT payment can be made via any bank account and not just IDBI Bank.
6- Internet or Net Banking
IDBI customer can prefer Net Banking service to pay the outstanding bills of credit cards. Using this service, the bills can be settled directly through the customer’s savings or current bank account.

Offline Credit Card Bill Payment at IDBI Bank
1- Cash Payment
Cash payments are also accepted at IDBI Bank branches for making payment of credit card dues without any hassle. The cash deposit can be made at any of the bank branches. Do make sure that you provide the outstanding amount, contact number and card number while settling the payment using cash. An immediate payments receipt would be handed over to you once the amount is deposited. Some processing fee may be charged for making cash payment.
2- Cheque or Draft
Customers can drop a draft or local cheque at any drop box present at the IDBI Bank branches or ATMs. Make sure that the draft or cheque which is dropped in the box is payable or allocated towards the mentioned credit card number.
