The applicant can visit any of the IIFL branches and submit a complaint letter to the branch manager, or place it in the suggestion/complaint boxes, or write it down in the register. Vigilence Officer checks the complaint register on a periodic basis, and the complaint is then forwarded to the customer service team for required action.
