Grievance Redressal
Personal loan customers can contact the concerned branches for redressal of their queries, provide feedback or register complaints related to the bank’s services. Alternatively, they can register their complaints or grievances with the Personal Loan Customer Care numbers mentioned above.
Level 1 – Branch
IndusInd Bank Personal Loan borrowers can contact the concerned branch manager or the contact centre for resolving their complaints. The contact details of the branch manager is available on the bank’s website or at the respective branch. Customers can also write down their complaints in the complaints register or dial the customer care numbers mentioned above. They can also send an email to register their grievances via the below mentioned email ids:

Level 2 – Escalation Head (Customer Care)
If the branch or the contact centre is not able to provide a resolution to the personal loan customer’s query within 7 working days, they can escalate their complaint to the bank’s regional heads through the Head – Customer Care as under:

Level 3 – Principal Nodal Officer
Personal loan customers who are either not satisfied with the response provided by the Escalation Head – Customer Care or do not receive any response within 7 days can escalate their complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer. Such complainants should mention their interaction reference number and the first point of contact with the bank while filing the complaint.

Level 4 – Banking Ombudsman
Personal loan customers can write to the Banking Ombudsman for an independent review of their complaint if they do not receive any reply within 1 month from the complaint date or if they are not satisfied with the response provided by the Principal Nodal Officer.
IndusInd bank must display contact details of the Banking Ombudsman of the respective area at their branches along with the code of bank’s commitment to customers and the fair practices code.
