Level 1 – Branch Manager
The customer can contact the respective branch manager where he is having the bank account if he is not satisfied with the services and products of the bank. The customer can contact the branch manager either through the branch e-mail or by registering their compliant in the complaint register available with the manager. They can also visit the bank website and go to the ‘Feedback Form’ section to submit their grievances, queries or feedback online.

Level 2 – Divisional Manager
If the customer does not get adequate resolution from the branch manager or if he does not receive any reply from the branch within 5 working days of the date of making the complaint, then he can approach the concerned Divisional Manager for redressal of his grievance. Level 3 – Customer Care Cell
If the customer does not get a proper resolution from Divisional Manager or he gets no reply within 10 working days from the date the complaint was sent to the divisional office, he can approach the Central Office – Customer Care Cell for resolving his grievance. The customer can lodge his complaint through our website, send a letter to The Nodal officer, Operations Department, Central Office in Karur or send an e-mail directly to customerservice@kvbmail.com.
