Eligibility

• Customer must be in the age group of 21 to 65 years
• Add-on card applicant must be over 18 years of age
• Only Indian residents can apply
• Applicant must be a resident of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi (including Gurgaon and Noida), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Pune
• Customer’s income must be Rs. 3.00 lakh or above per annum for salaried employees

Documents Required

Kotak Bank will ask for certain documents to verify the customer’s income, identity and address. Customers can submit any one of the documents to establish the same.

Proof of Identity	PAN Card, Aadhaar card, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, Overseas Citizen of India Card, Person of Indian Origin Card, Job card issued by NREGA, Letters issued by the UIDAI
Proof of Address	Aadhaar card, Driver’s License, Passport, Utility Bill not more than 3 month’s old, Ration Card, Property Registration Document, Person of Indian Origin Card, Job card issued by NREGA, Bank Account Statement
Proof of Income	Latest one or 2 salary slips (not more than 3 months old), Latest Form 16, Last 3 months’ bank statement

Do note that in either scenario applicant will be required to submit self-attested photocopies

Applicants will have to submit the self-attested photocopies of their Know Your Customer (KYC) documents when applying for this credit card via branch visit. In case they have applied for this credit card via the bank’s website. Then a representative from the bank will get in touch with the customer to set a date and time for document collection. Give the representative the self-attested photocopies of the KYC documents. Post verification the customer can expect to receive the credit card in about 15 days.
