The different ways to block a Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card are:

Via the Internet
Click here to go to Kotak Mahindra Bank’s website. Provide the registered mobile number and date of birth to verify your identity. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile.

Mobile Banking
Download the Kotak Mahindra Bank App and log in to it. Go to credit card section and click on service request. Then click on Report Lost/Damaged Card.

SMS
You can send a message from your registered mobile number. SMS KCCLOST(space)(last four digit of credit card number) to 5676788.

Phone Banking
Call the customer care number on 1860-266-2666. The executive will verify your identity by asking some questions; answer them to successfully block your card.

Things to Keep in Mind

Report the loss of the card by calling the customer care center immediately
Send an email to the bank as soon as possible to maintain a record of the reported loss of credit card
The cardholder will have to apply for a replacement credit card through internet or mobile banking after blocking your card
The cardholder must file a First Information Report with the local police in case the credit card is lost or stolen
