  • Enter your Customer Relationship Number (CRN) and Password to log in.
  • Once logged in, select ‘Credit Cards’ from the main menu.

Mobile Banking: Nowadays, banks provide their individual applications on mobile to handle the accounts. Download the Kotak Mahindra Bank mobile app on your smartphone and follow the below steps to check card balance:

  • To log in to the app, provide your CRN and Mobile banking password (MPIN). First-time users will have to generate the MPIN.
  • Once logged in, select ‘Accounts Overview’ and then ‘Credit Cards’ from the hover tab.
