LIC Housing Home Loan Customer Care
The existing customers of LIC Home loan can log in to the “Customer Portal” on the LIC HFL website (www.lichousing.com) to get access to their loan details and manage or review transactions. The login can be done in the following two methods:
- Enter username, password and security code; or
- Enter loan application number, date of birth and security code
One can click on “May I assist You ?” on Customer Portal, in case of any difficulties in the login procedure. For any service enquiry or grievance, the customer can visit the “Write to us” section on the website and fill the necessary details.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The customer can email customersupport@lichousing.com to raise a complaint or submit a service request/complaint in the ‘Write to Us’ section on the website.
Stage 1
The customer can submit the complaint through the HOMY app or by visiting the LIC Housing website at www.lichousing.com under the tab WRITE TO US. Customers can also contact the concerned Grievance Redressal Officers (GROs) posted at the Back Office (BO) whose details are mentioned below. The customer can expect a reply within 3 weeks from the date of complaint.
