Indiabulls Mutual Fund Launches ETF NFO

Indiabulls Mutual Fund has launched a New Fund Offer (NFO) for Indiabulls NIFTY50 Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), an open-ended scheme which will track NIFTY 50 Index. The NFO period begins on April 08, 2019 and will close on April 22, 2019. The scheme will reopen for continuous subscriptions and redemptions within 5 business days of the date of unit allotment. This ETF aims to create long term capital appreciation for its investors by investing in securities covered by the Nifty 50 Index and undertaking a moderately high level of risk.

Asset Allocation of Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF

Under normal circumstances, Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF will allocate its assets in the following manner:

The scheme will not make any investment in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), foreign securities, securitised debt, unrated debt instrument and in repo in corporate debt. The scheme shall not engage in short selling.

Benchmark of Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF

The performance of Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF will be benchmarked to the performance of the NIFTY 50 Total Returns Index (TRI). The return details of the benchmark index are as follows:

Fund Managers of Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF

The Indiabulls NIFTY50 ETF will be jointly managed by Mr. Veekesh Gandhi and Mr. Malay Shah. Other schemes jointly managed by the duo include Indiabulls Savings Income Fund, Indiabulls Value Discovery Fund and Indiabulls Arbitrage Fund. The return details of these 3 schemes are as follows:
