Grievance Redressal
Nainital Bank Home Loan customers can register their complaint/grievances related to the bank’s products, services or processes through the below channels to ensure proper redressal of their complaints:
Level 1 – Branch Manager
Customers who are dissatisfied with the bank’s services can get in touch with the respective branch and write to the Branch Manager, providing their name, account number and details of their complaint. Housing loan customers can also register their complaint through the Complaint/Feedback Form available on the bank’s website.

Level 2 – Nodal Officer
If a customer’s complaint is not redressed to their satisfaction at the branch level, they can escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer present in the following regional offices:
