Punjab National Bank allows users the convenience and freedom to go to any ATM and take out some cash using the credit card.

Below mentioned are the steps to follow when withdrawing cash with a PNB credit card:

• Go to any nearby ATM and insert the credit card into the required slot
• Choose the preferred language
• Next, choose the ‘cash withdrawal’ option on the screen
• Then, enter the amount one wishes to take out and press enter
• One will be asked to provide his/her credit card pin

• Punjab National Bank has a toll-free number, that any customer can use to get in touch with the concerned person at the organization. PNB customer care number is 1800 180 2345 or 1800 103 2222.
• In case a customer has any query related to credit card cash withdrawal, he/she can contact the customer care at any time as it is a 24 hour helpline number.

SMS

• The PNB SMS banking system is available to all customers registered for SMS alert.
• A customer only needs to send SMS ‘PNB PROD’ to 5607040 and get access to a list of services offered.

Net Banking

• The net banking service created by PNB allows a customer to access his/her account anywhere in the world
• One can check his/her balance or anything else related to the account
